How do I get an estimate?
  • To get an estimate, call us at (305) 867 8333. Most of the time we will be able to provide you with proper answers based on the following information:
  • What is the reference of your watch? It is engraved on the back of your Watch and start with a Letter (A, B, K, D etc)
  • When did you have the last service done to your Watch?         
  • What kind of problems do you have with your watch, Example: running slow, fast, stops, does not run overnight, moisture, Pusher malfunction, bad Crown and more?
  • We have a price guideline for the different servicing for the different Breitling models.(Example:Automatic, Manual wind, Chrono, Super quartz etc). 
  • Other charges may be added after a detailed estimate is done. For example, a new Crystal, Crown, Pushers, Hands or else.
  • If you decide to send your watch in for repair service, you will need to provide:
  • A correct return address where someone will be able to sign for the package.
  • we will provide you with a free and detailed estimate for labor and parts via fax or e-mailwithin 2 to 3 days.
  • When you send the watch to our service, we recommend that you insure it and make sure that we sign for the package.
  • We do not ship to postal box.
  • You may use UPS, FEDEX or Postal service.
  • Do NOT pack your Breitling in its original Box, they are heavy. Simply use a carton box with paper, bubble wrap or else to prevent you watch from moving.

  • Please provide a phone where we can reach you, your e-mail and fax.
  • You are welcome to call before you send your watch for repair service with any question.
  • Payment mode.
  • We accept VISA and MS.
  • Credit card information will be required before we start a job but payment will be applied ONLY when the watch is ready for pick-up or shipping.
  • Who are we?
  • We are a small Watch repair service company, in business since 1985 in south Florida.
  • Our Company name is Swiss Watch Service of North Miami Beach, Inc.
  • We have been Approved by Breitling USA and Breitling Switzerland to be an Official and certified Service center since 1993.
  • We are the ONLY one in Florida but we also receive Breitling Watch for service from other States as well.
  • We are a member of AWCI and we are committed to their Code of Ethics.

Did you know: Breitling has a worldwide network to find where a Breitling was serviced, how many times, what Service and where in the world.
All this of course if the Breitling was repaired by one of the certified maintenance center, like ours.

The owner, Alexandre Moyse is a Watchmaker and has a diploma from a Watchmaking School in Hamburg. He has over 20 Years of experience working with High grade timepieces.
We are the only Breitling Factory authorized and Certified service in Florida, since 1993
We also have an official parts account with Rolex.
Rolex is visiting our Atelier on a regular basis for constant re-evaluation for Cleanliness, proper equipment, Part stock maintenance, light, qualified watchmakers as per their requirements to repair and service Rolex timepieces.
We also service Bentley Watch

We are ONLY using genuine parts for all services.

• Tuesday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Wednesday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Thursday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  (Eastern Standard Time)
Do we warranty all services and repairs?
Yes, as per work performed on the invoice and for a period of 12 Months. This warranty of service starts from the date of the invoice when the Watch is ready to go. 
We take real pride in providing the best service in the industry and we stand behind our work 100%. If the watch fails due to how we performed our service, we will do whatever is necessary to make it right as soon as possible.
Factory International warranty:
Two years from the date of purchase for Breitling and Bentley.
Please provide warranty booklet or card with the watch properly filled out by a Breitling authorized retailer.
